چکیده
Kotak refrigerasi ikan ini diuji untuk membekukan Lambak yaitu kecil hasil tangkapan nelayan/peternak di Danau Sipin, Kota Jambi. Pembekuan merupakan salah satu cara mengawetkan supaya tidak cepat busuk. berkapasitas maksimal 35 L memiliki daya kompresor 0,077 kW dengan COP aktual 3,581, Carnot 4,478, dan efisiensi 79,97%. Pendinginan selama 2 jam bisa menurunkan temperatur dari 27oC sampai -11oC. Kinerja kotak pendingin sangat bagus beban 15 kg.
